Petly Wellness Plans
Petly® Plans provides preventive veterinary services for one year, with the cost divided into 12 affordable monthly payments. You can upgrade your plan as your pet ages.
All plans include:
- Preventive care examinations.
- Preventive care examinations and core vaccines.
- Additional discounts on eligible items not included in the plan.

Puppy & Kitten Plans
Help your pet get started on the right paw. Petly® Plans offer an array of plan options to choose from and can be personalized to meet your young pet’s needs. What’s even better, Petly Plans is good for your pet and your wallet. Our puppy and kitten plans include all the preventive care examinations, core vaccines and basic laboratory tests necessary to help protect pets against illness and disease. Pediatric Plus is designed for comprehensive care during the first year of a pet’s life and also includes our routine spay or neuter surgery package.

Adult and Senior Pet Plans
Young includes an annual preventive care examination, core vaccine boosters and basic laboratory tests necessary to help protect pets against illness and disease.
Adult includes all the components of the Young Plan with the additional benefit of an annual wellness diagnostics panel.
Adult Plus is designed to keep your pet healthy and happy during the prime years of life. This plan also includes our routine dental cleaning package.
Senior includes a more comprehensive annual diagnostics panel, which ensures we are looking at the types of diseases and conditions that can affect senior pets.
Senior Plus includes all the components of the Senior Plan with the additional benefit our routine dental cleaning package.

Routine dental cleaning packages includes:
- Pre-anesthetic examination
- IV catheter and fluids
- General anesthesia
- Vital sign monitoring
- Scale and polish of all teeth
- Fluoride treatment
- Comfort pack protocol
Does not include additional lab work, or any other complications.
*Plans can be personalized by adding additional services specific to your pet’s needs.
Restrictions
- Plan is non-transferable.
- Plan cannot be applied to past visits.
- An appointment must be scheduled for services to be used.
- Additional discounts apply to eligible non-plan items only and cannot be used with other promotions and/or discounts.
- Uncooperative (i.e. requires multiple staff to restrain or takes more than 10 minutes) nail trims do not qualify for coverage under the plan.
- If patient is in heat, pregnant or cryptorchid at the time of surgery, additional fees will apply.
- Extractions, medications, and other charges incurred during a dental cleaning are at an additional cost.
